Life is challenging, and there is no “one-size-fits-all” manual to guide us through the storms we face. These experiences can leave us feeling helpless, alone, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or uncertain about how to move forward. Therapy offers a space to explore, understand, and work through these challenges. Through a collaborative process, we can identify barriers, build insight, and help you move toward your goals. I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified alcohol and drug counselor with experience supporting individuals across a wide range of mental health concerns.
My approach is primarily person-centered, grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I work collaboratively with you, using empathy and authenticity to explore challenges and build on your strengths. I integrate evidence-based techniques and am trained in CBT-I to address sleep-related concerns.
Everyone is capable of change. Seeking support is a sign of strength, even when it feels difficult to take that first step. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. If you’re ready to begin—or even just considering it—I invite you to reach out. Together, we can create a path forward that feels meaningful and manageable for you.
