Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is an evidence-based approach that helps identify and change thoughts and behaviors that interfere with sleep.
It focuses on improving sleep habits and developing long-term strategies for better rest. I am trained in CBT-I and offer this treatment to support those experiencing sleep-related difficulties.
